this appears to be a teratoma, or a tumor that comprises of the three embryonal germ layers <--the 3 layers are the ones responsible for the development of the different organ systems...i.e.: the ectoderm develops into brain, and the skin and other external structures such as the hair found in the tumor...as for the presence of teeth it can be attributed to the mesodermal layer.

this can be benign or malignant, in this case it is benign, since it contains mature components (hair, teeth) it is also known as "teratomata or dermoid cyst"

it is said that it can be found more commonly on the ovaries and testes but in can also be found in the hips in some cases...

It means the person was meant to be one of a pair (twins).
And the tumor with teeth and hair is actually, what is termed
medically' a parasite.
A malformed twin that has used the other twin as a host, which is how this parasitic twin has managed to survive (grow) to some degree.
The 'only' way to rid the host of this parasitic twin is to have it removed surgically.

When you were concieved so was a twin. Eventually you absorbed your twin and the tumor is all that is left of them. It's becoming common to find tumors of this kind. Good luck!

with the description you have given its hard to to pin point what the actual thing is that you are referrig to. but a tumour that contains both hair and teeth and bone and tissue of every type is known as mature benign teratoma also called dermoid cyst and is found in females of reprductive age. if it is you who suffer from any tumour mass lesion that you refer to in your question please do not wait but show it to your doctor!
