Both will easily exceed 130 lbs. Danes will be taller; St Bernards will be thicker.

Yes, they both do. Great Danes range between 100-130 lbs. for females and 120-200 lbs. for males and 30-34" tall. St. Bernard's range from 110-200 lbs. and 25.5-27" tall.

Both are considered to be Giant Breed dogs. Danes are taller, Saints are heavier, but neither are the biggest or strongest. That would be the English Mastiff.
So, if you take Giant to mean "Big", then yes, they're big dogs.
OH...but Saints do drool a lot more than any dog I know! And Danes think they're lap dogs. :)

OBVIOUSLY!! danes are a skinnier, taller, ( and uglier) extra large breed of dog. st bernards are kind of stubbier but much softer and more adorable. st bernard males can commonly reach 220 pounds!!

Both get very big. My mom has a St Bernard and she is 150 lbs!!

they both get very big:
Great Danes: height: 28-30 inches weight: 100-120 lbs.
St Bernard: height: 24-28 inches weight: 110-200 lbs.

Yes, they both can get over 100lbs (but Danes are usually lighter than Saints, but they are taller).

some great danes can get pretty tall but they dont usually get too fat st.bernards on the other hand are usually pretty good sized dogs but they are very smart and very lovable
