i hear people say stuff like 'Get off my swagger" "my swagger is serious" "respect my swagger" "i love his swagger" but what is the definition of that term?

I don't know if this is what people mean when they use it in any of the examples you gave. But to swagger is to walk with extreme confidence~He swaggered in like he owned the place and everyone in it!!
