How about the Gloria?
Glory to God in the highest,
and peace to his people on earth.
Lord God, heavenly King,
almighty God and Father ,
we worship you, we give you thanks,
we praise you for your glory.
Lord Jesus Christ, only Son of the Father,
Lord God, Lamb of God,
you take away the sin of the world:
have mercy on us ;
you are seated at the right hand
of the Father:
receive our prayer.
For you alone are the Holy One,
you alone are the Lord ,
you alone are the Most High,
Jesus Christ, with the Holy Spirit,
in the glory of God the Father.
Amen.
With love in Christ.

Prov 15:8 8 The sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination to the LORD: but the prayer of the upright is his delight.
Psalm 150
1 Praise ye the LORD. Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament of his power.
2 Praise him for his mighty acts: praise him according to his excellent greatness.
3 Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: praise him with the psaltery and harp.
4 Praise him with the timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and organs.
5 Praise him upon the loud cymbals: praise him upon the high sounding cymbals.
6 Let every thing that hath breath praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD.
Psalm 71:8 Let my mouth be filled with thy praise and with thy honour all the day.
I Thessalonians 5:18 In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.

While I cannot come up with any at the moment, I can recommend a wonderful prayer site.
http://www.worldprayers.org/
And you could very well find what you're looking for in the "Adorations" section.

Most prayers should come from your heart. If you want them written, the book of Psalms is in the Bible for that purpose.

If you want to be with Christ, here is a simple prayer to give you a guideline:
"Dear Heavenly Father, I confess that I have sinned against heaven and in your sight and need forgiveness. Thank you for sending your Son Jesus to die on the cross for my sins, according to the scriptures, and I thank you for raising Him from the dead. Today I ask Him to come into my heart to cleanse me from my sin and become my Lord and Savior. I give myself to you. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen!" (LaHaye/Jenkins-Are we living in the end times?)
Of course, it doesn't have to be that long. God knows what is in your heart.

In the name of God
Most merciful, Most gracious
All praise be to God
Most Merciful, Most gracious
Cherisher and sustainer of the worlds
You alone we worship
And you alone we ask for help
Guide us on the right path
Those on whom you've bestowed your grace
Not on those who go astray and earn your wrath
Ameeen! :)
