I think it's normal as Christians to get off the path at times. There was a time when although I still believed in God, and even went to church, I was living my life the way I wanted to. I ended up pregnant. I've learned my lesson though and I recommitted my life to Jesus. I can see the mess I can make when I try to do it my way. Now I have a beautiful little baby girl though. God is slowly putting the peices of my life back together and I know that when I start following him, he will turn my situation into something that will glorify him.
When I was 7 I gave my life to Christ. After that my family stopped going to church. When I was around 20 I really felt that God was calling me. I started searching like crazy and went to many different churches. Finally I found the one that I was meant to be in. I regave my life when I was 20. I've a couple times since then when I seem to get off of His path.

I have. When I was younger, I was really into the church. When I started getting older, I started straying this way and that. There came a time when I realized that I was not doing things the way that I should. After that, I went forward in church and told the congregation that I wanted to make a new pledge toward the Lord. I told them that I felt I had made some wrong choices and I was rededicating myself to God. I felt as if it gave me a fresh start all over again.

I was raised a Christian but never truly knew God. While in College I was introduced to a life of heavy partying and drugs and unknowingly walked away from God. I went about 8 years with my back turned on God.
When I was at the all time low point in my life, I turned to God for help. He immediately made himself known by taking away my pain and filling me with hope and direction.
Ever since I've been on top of the world.

Frequently I have missteps. Usually when I don't spend enough time with God in prayer and reading my bible, I let myself be pulled into the busyness and distractions of the world and before I know it I am feeling empty and drained. That is when temptations call me.
I like your questions they are peaceful and make me think.
