Is there any meaning behind this?!?
I think my Boss who is a single Doctor has some feelings for me. It's been 10 months that I'm working for this guy & he has always been nice to me even if I made a mistake or something. He
mentioned few things about marriage stuff to me INDIRECTLY cause he is thinking about the right person for marriage I believe. Therefore, I think he has an eye on me. I like this guy as well but it's a hard situation for both of us to move on. Last week in an office party he told me something that made me certain about his crush on me. It was at the first five minutes of the party that he told me "You better find a nice doctor at this party"(he certainly meant for marriage reason); since there were only 3 doctors at that party & two of them were old and married except himself. So, do you guys think he said that on purpose since he couldn't look into my eyes & were shy when he was dancing???

Possibility #1 - He does like you and is a shy person. Talk to him about it over coffee or lunch. You should be communicating more clearly since he's an adult (gotta be to be old enough to be a doctor.) Get to know each other as individuals not just boss and employee. If you do wind up in a relationship, look for another job and build your relationship slowly. Make sure you have trust and good communication as well as mutual respect.

Possibility #2 - Is there a big age difference? Are you just convenient? Does he really like you or is he just looking for a little fun? To start referring to marriage without having a relationship (unless it's cultural or religious thing) sounds immature.

Either way, be careful and take it one day at a time. If it's a good thing or a bad thing, it'll be clear soon enough.

Hi, you have a crush on him. So before your crush gets worse, which will then make it impossible to actually have any relationship with him, you had bettre initiate something with him. Do not let this develop into any more of a crush. Crushes are deadly... and are borne out of distance from the object of affection.

He is nice to you because he is probably a nice person. When he is at work it is hard for him to do his job IF he is thinking about you, so assume that he is NOT thinking about you.... But he could still like you, so make your move. FAST.

I think he's just flirting at this point. He may be in the market for a relationship - but he's just seeing how you react right now.
