Layered Nacho Dip:
1 (16-ounce) can refried beans
2 teaspoons taco seasoning mix
1 (6-ounce) container avocado dip
1 (8-ounce) container sour cream
1 (4.5-ounce) can chopped ripe olives, drained
2 large tomatoes, diced
1 small onion, diced
1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chiles
1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Corn or tortilla chips
Stir together beans and seasoning mix; spread mixture into an 11- x 7-inch baking dish. Spread avocado dip and sour cream evenly over bean mixture. Sprinkle with olives and next 4 ingredients. Serve with chips.
Yield: Makes 8 cups

1/4 cup milk
1 1/2 teaspoons anchovy paste
3 tablespoons grated onion
1 pinch garlic powder
DIRECTIONS
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and milk until creamy. Add more milk for a thinner dip. Using a fork, whip the anchovy paste and onion into the mixture. Cover and refrigerate this dip at least one hour before serving.

Potato Chip Dip
2 cups Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
1 cup (8 oz.) sour cream
8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1 package Knorr® Leek recipe mix
1 tsp. Accent
1 tbsp. dill weed
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
3 green onions, finely minced or 1 tbsp. dehydrated onion flakes
Combine ingredients with a mixer and chill 2 hours or overnight.

1 cup sour cream
1 cup Miracle whip
1 package onion soup mix
Mix up the day before.
Simple but very tasty.

Crab Dip
4.75 oz (135g) crab
1/4 cup lemon juice
4 oz (125g) softened cream cheese
2-4 tbsp cream or milk
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1/4 tsp onion sale
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Combine crab and lemon juice in bowl. Stir well, let it sit for 30 minutes.
Add all other ingredients together (starting with only 2tsp cream or milk), add in crab, add in rest of milk/cream to your desired constancy.
Chill for at least 40 mins.

GRANNY'S OLD STYLE PEANUT BUTTER CHIP
DIP
2 tbs peanut butter
2 tbs butter
1 tbs sugar
Prepare sugar and butter in a small bowl and heat in microwave for 10 secs. Add peanut butter stir. Grab favorite chips and dip chips in the sauce/dip.
Bon Appettito.
VEGETABLE OR CHIP DIP
1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
2 tbsp. Miracle Whip salad dressing
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1/3 c. Kraft Catalina salad dressing
Blend, chill and serve. Good dip for chips, carrots, celery and cauliflower.

3 eggs, beaten
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. butter
1/2 lb. cream cheese
Few drops of Tabasco sauce
1 sm. onion, chopped
Combine beaten eggs, sugar and vinegar. Cook, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Add butter and cream cheese. Beat until smooth. Add Tabasco sauce and onions. Chill.

Mix tomato sauce/salsa with mayonaisse or thick hung curd. Add some mixed herbs powder .Sprinkle some chopped parsley on top & serve.
U may add some whipped cream too -- to give it the 'rich' touch.
