So last night around 6:30pm I had a salad for dinner.. some 1 or 2 hours later I started feeling extremely nauseous with a mild cramping in my stomach. I also had the worst headache. Later around 1am I began vomiting, felt better that's for sure. When I woke up this morning I was nauseous again, had some fruit for breakfast.. around noon I began feeling the stomach cramps again and was VERY nauseous.. been vomiting again even though I only have liquids inside of me.. Anyway the cramping is a sharp knot like pain and it brings along intense nausea... I tried chamomile tea and it just made me take a nap and when I woke up straight to the toilet I went. Oh and I am not experiencing diarrhea ..nothings coming out on that end. Anyone ever have anything like this?? Or know of something I can take for the cramping...

One more thing... My 2 year old son also ate what I had last night and he has not vomited or been fussy...he's just had some foul smelling gas since that meal.

Sounds like you might have a small case of a stomach flu. I've had food poisoning before and I didn't stop vomiting for almost 5 hours. It was horrible.
I hope you feel better. If it doesn't go away you may need to go see a doctor to get some meds. Just be sure to stay hydrated.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

Me and about 5 others that i know have experience exactly what you have since Christmas. It is weird. I have been feeling like that since boxing day. We were not all together to have a meal so i don't think that it is food poisoning.

If i don't feel better tomorrow i am going to the walk in clinic.

Without diarrhea, it's not food poisoning.
