Can any one tell me bunch of food that burns fat. and foods that makes your metabolism. in other words how to get my metabolism to work fast to burn those fat.

I have never heard of a food that burns fat... but walking sure burns fat. I've heard that running burns sugar, and walking burns fat. One way to get your metabolism up is maybe moving more... try running in place ten minutes everyday, or walking in the park every morning. One way to make it not boring is dancing to your favorite upbeat songs. Whatever it is, get up and moving, do a little extra than you do normally today every day and you might end up losing weight. Also, avoid high calorie foods and ones that are high in sugar and fat. =)

There is no food that burns body fat. There are a few additives that may speed metabolism a tiny bit.

Body fat is where extra calories are stored that have been ingested above what the person uses. There is no food that we can ingest that will cause the body to use that fat and get rid of it. A very slow weight loss, with exercise, will help reduce the fat volume in the cell, but will not take away the fat cells.

A few items have been identified that will stimulate thermogenesis. Caffeine and ephedrine can stimulate thermogenesis, but also causes heart palpitations. They are not the best to use.

Green tea, Forskolin and capsicum have been identified as having ingredients that increase thermogenesis without bothering the heart. Capsicum is in pepper, green tea is available, but Forskolin comes from the Orient.

Please consider watching the food that goes into your mouth, rather than looking for a magic pill to fix the problem after it has happened.

Add one spoon honey and juice of half lime to one glass of warm water and drink in the morning every day. This helps you burn fat. Have 4/5 small meals instead of one or two big meals to improve metabolic rate. You should see results in about three/four weeks.
