Since Yahoo refuses to tag these questions with the country of origin, we need to do so in the questions. In the US, where I am reading the question, the President can be e-mailed at president@whitehouse.gov. His staff actually reads the e-mails.

George Bush does not have an email account that is open to the public, because hes afraid someone might email him the truth, or a question that may have to be answered truthfully.

presidentofindia@rb.nic.in
You can also visit the Website - http://www.presidentofindia.nic.in/

The president checks his website on a very regular basis and answers queries considered important. You can post your messages at

He doesn't give out an actual email address. If you want to contact him, go to the white house website, fill out a whole bunch of paper work, and then eventually, they'll let you send him a message through the website. However, I wouldn't advise you to bother since Bush doesn't actually read the emails or letters he receives. What happens is that they supposedly file it and then send you back a form letter.
