I just don't understand why more women don't hunt. It's so much fun. You get to sit outside and enjoy the beauty of the outdoors and admire God's creatures. Does anybody else feel this way?

You don't have to be a tomboy to hunt, I killed a deer one morning then got all dressed up and one a pageant that night.

I have a 15 year old niece that has brought down several buck deers this year and she can NOT be misidentified as a tom boy she is as sweet and as beautiful of a girl as you might find (just a dead shot with any kind of gun so it is not a good thing to tick her off lol) so if any ladys out there wants to hunt please dont stop them or discourage them they may or maynot like it but it should be their decision

I love to hunt. Be outside and admire nature in it's true sense. Not to mention the thrill of the chase!

i have 5 niece's that hunt. their age's range from 22 down to 9 years old, all them are very good too. the 9 year old got a big, 12 point buck this year too. we teach all the children to hunt. kill only what you are going to eat. no trophy hunters, if you get lucky and get a trophy rack in sights great, but does are good too.

Just in case you young ladies don't already know this. Girls are often better hunters than boys. My grandmother was, so was my mom.
At any rate, get out and enjoy nature no matter who you are.

You bet. I have been hunting all my life; ducks, geese, deer, etc. I met a man who loves to hunt also. We got married.
