Sorry if I offended you Danny. BUT I do know what I am talking about, at THAT time there were no pictures taken, and as yet 10:00am EST there are still no pics of his body. And only a 15 minutes before the scheduled execution did they relent and allow video cameras to be brought in. Not that I care to see his body. My personal opinion is that he was a ruthless brutal dictator, he cared only for those who helped to keep him in power (USA Helped at 1 time) and murdered the rest. But he was still their president. We must be cautious with our views of his execution, he was not unlike our own president, some hate him, some love him (in that sense) I just want to hear other people's views.

Bad. Not that I'll waste a tear on that murderous bastard, but executing him won't bring back the people he murdered and it will just incite more violence directed at Americans. Now the Sunnis have a martyr to idolize. That's not good. Also, isn't it worse to rot in a crappy Iraqi jail cell for about 20 more years than to die a quick death? I'd think so.

Bad, very bad actually. Consider the increase in violence it will add to what there already is. Also things were better off when he was in charge and before we showed up.
