Songs from Wicked should be avoided, as it is so popular right now that odds are you and every other girl will be singing a song from that show; you want to stand out! I love:
"The Life of the Party" from Lippa's The Wild Party
"I Don't Wanna Show Off" from The Drowsy Chaperone
"Astonishing" from Little Women
"Willing to Ride" from Steel Pier
"You Can Always Count on Me" from City of Angels
"The Other Side of the Tracks" from Little Me
"If I Had a Fine White Horse" from The Secret Garden
Break a leg.

Ooo how fun!! Here's a list to help you get some more ideas... all of these need a big voice and good stage presence!!
Oklahoma
I Can't Say No
People Will Say We're in Love
Oliver
Where Is Love?
Food, Glorious Food
West Side Story
I Feel Pretty
My Fair Lady
Wouldn't it Be Loverly?
I Could Have Danced All Night
The Lion King
Can You Feel the Love Tonight?
Aida
Amneris' Letter
Sweet Charity
If My Friends Could See Me Now
Previous posters suggestion of Nothing from A Chorus Line is a good one...very fun song.
Kristen Chenoweth does a great song, Taylor, the Latte Boy on her CD As I AM...it's funny and shows good range, both in voice and interpretation.
I hope some of these get you thinking in the right direction!!

Gotta ditto on the "Wicked", "defying gravity" is a pretty tough song to nail though... try "Popular" from the same soundtrack. It's fun and more upbeat. Also, "A Chorus Line" has a song called, "Nothing" which is pretty funny and mixed with bits of monologue... what else could you do... "West Side Story" song "Something's Coming." If you know french at all... "The Scarlet Pimpernel's," "Storybook (reprise)." Go get a Judy Garland CD (i.e. Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz) and listen to her music. Perfect example of some good belt songs.

The song "Your Never Fully Dressed Without A Smile" from Annie is a good song. Have you ever heard of it? It is the song that the orphans sing while they are listening to the radio. Im sure you can rock that song and it is very nice. Its a nice upbeat song and you can do so much with it. That would be a very nice song for a pagent.

Get your hands on "The Singer's Musical Theatre Anthology" (now in 4 volumes per voice type). There are also books with songs specifically for belters. This company publshes many such volumes.
Good luck!

"Unexpected Song" from Song & Dance. It is a very good song with low and high notes. I highly recommend it.

"Defying Gravity" from "Wicked" is amazing, if you've got the chops.
Maybe "City Lights" from "The Rink". Kander & Ebb, not often done.
