I dont live in India but I would like to know what teens or young adults in India think about this issue???

teens and young adults in India in general have plenty to do other than sex, and they are concentrating on that.
I believe that, sex is something which needs instructions from brain rather than with p e n i s.

You have asked a vague but interesting question.
Answer as such is, 'YES'. But when you talk of India, a number of considerations are there and you would appreciate that we are not a very free & open society for that matter and sex is generally accepted & approved within the marriages only. Of course, exceptions, may be in a considerable number amongst the young people, are there. But it is never admitted or exhibited in public life because pre-marital or extra-marital affairs are taboo in India.
It is good in a way because most of us stick to the norms and are very happy as well.

Having Sex outside of marriage is not only a wrong action but effects both the persons adversely in various areas of life. Sex is Gods Creation for husband & wife to have true enjoyment, companionship and having kids in a family.
Today one of the sad stories of people are divorces, AIDS and broken families as aresult of sex out side of marriage.
It does not matter which culture you belong,
Gods purposes are same for all humankind.
Being pure is a rare virtue and rewards you and your spouse.

In INDIA the peoples like to be control b4 their marriage its our culture after the marriage only they used to have sex but some prostucutes also their to spoil contries name so dont take prostecutes plz take the only good girls habbits plz try to be like indian thank u for ur attention to know abt our country i proud to be an indian
