girl you've encountered, you wont tell her b/c you dont want her to think she's too good for you. is there any truth to this or something similar to this? i believe it's easier for a guy to tell a girl this when he actually doesnt think so than to do if she is....

Well, it's usually just shyness that keeps guys back, but it's often because of bad experiences. It isn't because we don't want them to think they're too good for us. What do you think would happen if a guy would go and tell a girl all about how attracted he is to her right off? Nothing chases girls away faster! Most of them instantly lose respect for guys like that! I know it happens in movies, but that crap doesn't work in real life unless you're a really spectacular individual. And even then . . . . Good night!
