Ov course u can get a tattoo any where I doubt that your nipple getting hard would mess up the healing process I think nipple tattoos are so cool go for it

i had my nipples t'ed dark brown and they are pierced. the pain was excruciating, but the results are quite satisfying. if you're looking for a pain free tattoo job, this is not the place.

Yes you can, I know a guy that has suns on both nipples & they are pirced.
