Try toothpaste and a little water, rub vigorously on the screen with cottonball. The screen is plexiglass, same stuff CD's are made out of.

You could use the solution provided with those CD cleaner kits, but that's kinda expensive. Try it if the toothpaste doesn't work.

Please be careful about this. Some people have mentioned to use stuff on your camera but remember 2 things:
1) Any liquid can get in between the layers of the LCD and make wierd light and dark marks that are rather visible.
2) Cameras DO NOT like liquid.

I'd just live with it or try to find someone to replace the LCD if it really bothers you. Likely $120 (although you can prolly find much cheaper if you look around).

I am not sure how to remove scratch but, I suggest you to buy LCD Film to protect it, it is cheap & worth it.

you can use a liquid abrasive which equates to about a 1200 grit sandpaper. Anything less is too abrasive and would do more harm than good.

toothpaste (the white stuff, not gel)
baking soda
plastic scratch remover (auto store)
with a little water...

try the cheapest first, hopefully you have baking soda in your fridge.
