Our job as defined in the Holy Bible is to plant the seed of truth and then just love that person as best you can. Only God can make that seed grow. This is what is obvious to me.

NH Baritone said it perfectly. In your christian religion, your job is to "plant the seed" and let your god do his work (or Jesus, but to most christians they're the same 'person').
Another christian might have written "Leave non-Christians alone, or spread the Gospel and be rewarded in Heaven?"
I love how there are so many ridiculous interpretations and denominations of christianity. You are a perfect example of that.

You cannot convert someone. A person has to have a personal reason for wanting to convert, to Christianity or any other worldview.
Not only can you NOT convert someone, you have no right to attempt to convert someone who hasn't asked to hear what you have to say. You have no more right to force your viewpoints on others than Osama Bin Laden does. And the more extreme Christians who are trying so desperately to force others, our nation, and the world, to fall in line with their own religious beliefs are potentially as dangerous as Bin Laden.
One of the worst things happening to America is fundamentalist Christians trying to force others to believe as they do, and if they can't do that, forcing others to live by their rules by getting laws passed that line up with their own religious beliefs, regardless of what less extreme Christians, and non-Christians, want or believe.
If you want to convert someone, shut up and walk the walk. Let them see for themselves, by your example, if Christianity is good and right for them. And if you want a government or a nation that is ruled according to religious beliefs, consider moving to Iraq or Iran.

I think that the obvious answer should be leave us , non-Christians , alone. I respect that you have the right to believe the way that you do but also respect the fact that I or we have the right to not believe also.

No one has ever been converted by another person. That is the duty of your God, I believe. I think the choice should then be obvious. Harassment never converted anyone, but did chase many away.

How about letting us be and being rewarded in your heaven for more worthy acts (kindness, open-mindedness, loving thy neighbor, generosity, truthfulness, etc.)? Or saving puppies (or, better yet, children) from abuse? Or helping the homeless? You get the idea...
Honestly, I hate people who try to convert me. If I wanted to know more about how Jesus could save me from my sins, I'd go back to the church I grew up in (for 23 years). I don't try to make you Pagan, don't try to make me Christian.

I don't think there is anything wrong with spreading God's word. You can't force anyone to convert. You can only give them the information and hope that they make the decision to put their trust in God. I let my friends know, who are not christian, what I know. The decision is ultimately up to them.

Nobody is collecting a reward for me unless it's a bounty hunter. Leave non-Christians alone...I think that's the much better choice.

You cannot convert a person. That's a myth. Only the individual can convert themself and it's purely up to them. Remember the free will thing?
