Give this some thought....
Maybe he is scared that he won't do a great job.
I didn't say good...guys think they always have
to be great at everything.
Take him some where he feels real comfortable.
Kiss him on the cheek a couple of times, let him know you are ready for that kiss he has been holding back on.
Hug him tight......again.....He just needs to work up his nerve.

I think it is refreshing to hear about a couple that hasn't rushed the physical aspects of a relationship. That is the best way to go if you ask me. I'm sure you have gotten a lot of opportunities to get to know each other! Now, as for the kiss. Is this you and your boyfriends first kiss? It can be a little nerve wracking. First word of advise, the movies do not do it right (that was a mistake from my past). Anyway, I would recommend making yourself available to be kissed. Say you are watching a movie and he has his arm around you so your back is facing him. Start to move slowly to a different position so you are facing him instead of the movie. Make your lips in easy access. If he leans in a little, you lean in etc. If he doesn't, so lock eyes with him, give him a great smile that says you care for him, and watch the movie again. It will come with good timing. I'm sure he wants to kiss you. Otherwise, he would have already broken up with you.

Trust me, he wants the same thing. This answer is coming from a rather 'shy' guy in public but not so shy in private. I'm guessing he has never kissed a girl before, so that's what's taking so long. He's just nervous. I was the same way at that age(I'm guessing teens??). Haha, I had about a hour and half of awkward silences while watching a movie with my date and then another 5 minutes of complete silence after it was finished before I worked up my courage to go for it. How's that for sad? But yeah, after he kisses you once or you kiss him, then all barriers are gone. He probably won't be able to stop. LOL Good Luck. Have fun. Be safe. ;-)

I'm a guy, not dating yet but still listen!!!
If your boyfriend really loves you he will want to. The reason why he doesn't want to kiss you is probably because he doesn't want to scare you off and/or he doesn't want to screw up in front of you. He is probably holding back. I know that when I do get a girlfriend that I will probably do the same, wait until she makes a move. Then i'll kiss her back!!!

Some people date for months before kissing each other on the lips. Stay with him and just keep developing the other aspects of your relationship. Don't rush things and wait for him to be ready. You will both appreciate waiting.

I think he is just or just as worried as you for rushing things. He probably doesn't wants you to think that he is rushing you for anything physical.
If you really want to advance further, take him to something romantic like the park at night or the moviesa and I believe things will go from there. Good luck!

on ur next date go to the movies and like let him make the move if that doesnt work do something to at east put his hand over ur neck and then u can turn that into a kiss and if that doesnt workj later in the movie grab his hand turn around face him and just kiss him and it will go from there very well.

Dont worry, may be he is a bit shy and/or confused and thinking if he should or shouldnt advance so you just need to wait.
ummmmmmm something just hit me so i would advise you to watch a romantic movie with him and see if how it goes later.

It really sounds like he wants exactly the same thing so just ask him about it or better yet, just go for it. Who knows, he might end up thanking you in the end.
