We've grown very close over the course of 3 years. The sad thing is she has a boyfriend, and has been with him for about 4 months. We talk on the phone more than they do, and have good times together. She also knows how I feel. Some nights she calls me saying how much of an *** he is, but still manages to go back to him in the end, after I comfort her night after night. This is getting fairly insane and I need to know what to do.

Don't do anything at all that could cause trouble for her & her boyfriend. Just be there for her and continue to be her friend. In time she may realize that you are the one for her. Just hang in there. Good luck.

Saved The Best For Last

Sometimes the snow comes down in June
Sometimes the sun goes around the moon
I see the passion in your eyes
Sometimes it's all a big suprise
'Cause there was a time when all I did was wish
You'd tell me this was love
It's not the way I hoped, or how I planned
But somehow it's enough
But now we're standing face to face
Isn't this world a crazy place?
Just when I thought a chance had passed
You go and save the best for last

All of the nights you came to me
'Cause some silly girl had set you free
You wondered how you'd make it through
I wondered what was wrong with you
'Cause how could you give your love to someone else
And share your dreams with me
Sometimes the very thing you're looking for
Is the one thing you can't see
But now we're standing face to face
Isn't this world a crazy place?
Just when I thought a chance had passed
You go and save the best for last

Sometimes the very thing you're looking for
Is the one thing you can't see

Sometimes the snow comes down in June
Sometimes the sun goes around the moon
Just when I thought a chance had passed
You go and save the best for last
You went and saved the best for last

She knows that you're in love with her? How do u stand the torture of her being with another guy? Sounds like a little distance between you two is in order. She may need some room to see you with "different" eyes. Do some things without her. Tell her you really can't continue to listen to her talk about her boyfriend. Make yourself a little unavailable. Whatever you do, please don't get strung along like a pathetic sick puppy. Have some boundaries and self respect.

Wow! I know exactly how that is. There was this girl I fell in love with. She stayed with her dick of a boyfriend, though, even when I was the crying shoulder she had. It really sucks, but you can't interfere with their relationship. In time, if they break up, she might realize she likes you. Just be a great friend for now.

She knows how you feel. She talks to you more...
She values your friendship so much, she's afraid to make a move and mess it up. So..what's stopping you??
Make a move...You can't win if you don't play!!
What's meant to be, will be............Wouldn't you feel
a lot better knowing?? Life doesn't come to those who wait.
You gotta get up and go get it....

switch from comforting her to sweet talking her. Then work on getting cloer to her. You need to be with her when she is mad at him to let her feel close to you. Play around and be funny but hit on her in undirect ways. "Do you need me to kiss it and make it better? I bet your sweet as......."

just be honest with her. i know it's not the easiest thing but it is the only thing to do if you really like her.
