I have read over the policy at mpix.com and it looks like they will print nudes as long as they are artistic in nature. That would spare you the embarassment of trying a local store. Also, my experience with Mpix has been great in terms of quality and results for the price.

I’ve had nude photos developed several times. It’s never been a issue -- except for a bit of embarrassment and awkwardness on my part. Just call first and check to see if it’s a problem. If it is go someplace else.
You may wish to speak to the owner to make it clear that you do NOT want extra photos developed or prints being flashed around by the staff.

get a digital camera
you can take hundreds of pictures just delete the bad ones
and print the ones you choose on your printer
they come out fantastic in color the size of fullscap paper or larger if you know somebody who can print posters
you do not need photographers ,they are a thing of the past
any idiot can learn to take diguital pictures because you can practice as much as you like the photos dont cost anything
if the memory is full you down load in the computor or delete bad pictures
any house with a printer can print nude pics and with descretion.

All I know is Walmart definitely won't print them (if they pay attention while printing), they have a very very strict no nude policy, they won't print or put them on a cd...if an employee gets caught printing nude pictures they will be punished, severely.

This is a reasonable request, so just pick up the phone and work through the labs.
It is not their business to moralise, and in any case, considerably more explicit images are readily available in most newsagents.

I think they can't say no even if you go to Walgreens or any other photo service places as long as you pay the photo developing charges.
