I go outside and stare at the night sky.
to look at all the stars reminds me how much bigger life is and how the things I'm going through or are worried about seem so small in the grand scale of life.

Well there is nothing wrong with going to fantasy land. Sometimes that really helps, as long as you know it is fantasy land and you can get back to out of there to the real world. It can actually help you to relax, and enjoy yourself for a time being, and not have to worry about what is really happening in your life that is stressing you out and causeing the deppression. In todays world it is so much faster, and everyone is trying to keep up with one another, and to grow up to darn quick. They forget to have a childhood. So if you could just go out and enjoy yourself, and start taking some time to look at the world in a different way, like through the eyes of an innocent child, then you might, just find that there are some really neat things out there. Like really looking closely at a flower, and every detail in it, watching it close at night, and open in the morning, or even noticeing and looking at the flowers that grow on a tummple weed. Yes they are really pretty. A innocent child, looks at the world with wonder, something a lot of us have forgotten to look for, and have taken for granted. A simple sunset, or sunrise, riding your bicylce for miles in the quit of the country side. Feeling the breeze as it hits you as you just coast along. You need to learn to put some time aside so you can just kick back and enjoy life, and your friends, a good book, helping someone, going to a funny movie, just being silly with some friends. All of these can help to clear your mind, and at the same time you can enjoy them too. So take some time to your self , and let some of your problems wait for a little while, and go out and explore the world you live in , and have some fun with your friends and family. Learn how to relax, that will help you clear your mind a lot, and will be enjoyable too.
Happy Hoildays

Cool. i assumed the perception for faculty days became large besides. I loved both "The device" and "The question" a lot, yet i imagine i'd might want to bypass for "The question" first, and then "The device". i really love all of them, yet would love maximum to be in "college Days" and 2The question" as they were my favourites. playstation - I appeared on the web page you revealed on ur profile, talked about i'm interior the nominations- does this propose i opt to re-audition? i'd opt for to be a student, I loved the perception for the school tale, the only you position less than Ice Queen and would opt for to be between the geeks/dorks/nerds. ok, so my personality is the hot woman on the city, who's weird and wonderful and wacky father and mom have moved to commence their new employer project, The Liberry Cafe-1/2 library, 1/2 juice bar (I reported they were weird and wonderful). She is amazingly an introvert, besides the actual undeniable truth that receives some unique-ness and individuality from her father and mom- she is an aspiring author and proficient flute participant, and at the same time as it includes her pastimes she would not keep on with the gang. She has lengthy, darkish-blonde hair, and he or she likes it that way- she will use it to conceal in the back of. She isn't undeniable, yet she isn't eye-catching-she's someplace interior the middle. she receives somewhat embarrased through her confirm's whackiness, yet loves them really, and is grateful for them- they prepare her that being undeniable, popular and between the gang isn't all that's cracked as a lot as be. Of corse, its B&A were disscusing right here- the Liberry will be a crucial section for e book getting, after college chatting and regular dates. it would want to also be the crucial section for "e book Wars"- a conflict in which the student's e book style divide will develop into more desirable obvious. as an party, the 4 corners of the Library section will be as talked about: "Epicdom"- all the delusion geeks dangle out right here. They search for suggestion from with it as their kingdom. "Classicland"- all the magnificent those who study all the magnificent books-both previous and present day classics. The crucial section and the position the position all the numerous characters would dangle. "Tweenville"- all the 6-eighth graders bypass right here to fap over their sugary, twee little youngster fiction books. "Non Fiction"- a humdrum section receives a humdrum call. creditors, freaky obsessive others and maths instructors habitate this nook. BQ- the most. because the ringleader of this entire project, you need to be the chief of the full college!

Have you ever seen the old jews at the wailing wall? They bob back and forth to clear their minds so they can focus on their prayers. Repetative motions can help such as chewing gum or bouncing your knee. Try it.

I heard yoga is great, but I would never do it. Just take a few minutes a day and relax and not let anything worry you. Think about happy things.

I'm very surprised that no one has recommended a good walk. It's the answer to everything.
