my brother is incarated for a murder that he didn't commit and has evidence,Where can I look for help with only a few funds...

Yeah, and he can ask ALL the other inmates that are in jail with him for crimes that they did not commit!

There are no guilty people in jail!

If your brother REALLY did not commit the murder and has evidence, then why didn't he tell his attorney so it could be introduced during the trial?

Unfortunately, there have been many people in the US who have been incarcerated for crimes that they have not committed. Since the advent of DNA testing, this theory is now a fact.

I am a prosecutor. I sincerely hope that your brother is not one of the very few wrongfully convicted.

My suggestion would be to contact the local law schools in your area. Most have an "innocence project" that will at least be able to refer you to additional resources in the event that they are unable to assist you. As a family member of a murder convict, you are a victim --regardless of your brother's guilt or innocence. I wish you the best of luck.

You can try the Innocence Project - but then again, it takes years for anything to be done

file a appeal in the appeallet courts your given a appeal attorney for free i did and i won my appeal it took 2yrs

He has an attorney. Take anything you have, including your questions to his attorney.
