i don't think so. he did terrible things like killed all kinds of people that did not even do anything. plus he was not a christian!! and in order to go to heaven you have to live by gods rules. and what was sad was that God love Saddam God loves everyone if they would only love him in return and live by him!!! Also he does not believe in our god (Jesus Christ ) but if he did and would have ask for God to forgive him then yes God would have forgave him. but that is not the case so NO !!!!!

Knowing that God is so forgiving, I believe that God will forgive saddam if he repents and accept Jesus.
One misconception ple have of christianity is that it is ok to sin bcoz ultimately God will forgive our sins. While it is true that God forgives your sins, you will still have to pay a price for it. Like if you steal, and u feel guilty and ashamed and ask for forgiveness, God won't say No and condemn you forever to this sin. He will erase away the sin but sometimes, God will make you learn by giving you punishment first. Afterall, God loves us enough to want us to change for the better. So punishment comes to remind us not to repeat the mistake. But God won't record this forever, he will not say " Ok,since you sin, you will go to hell".
So i tink Saddam punishment is death for causing so many lifes to be lost but if he trully repents and ask God for forgiveness, he might not go to hell afterall. It's hard to say how God will judge him.

When a person asks God for forgiveness, it cannot just be words on the lips to prevent going to hell. It has to be your realization in the mind that you broke God's law and a sorrow in your heart that you offended God. God sees our phoniness and that is not pleasing to Him. We have to be honest with God, one asks for forgiveness more because they offended God then fear of hell. We do things because we love God and not so much because we fear hell. I doubt if Saddam truly was capable of this kind of repentance

Jesus' blood covers all sins. If Saddam is still alive and he asks God for forgiveness then, yes, God will forgive him. If he is dead and he didn't ask forgiveness before he died it's too late for him now.

I know God forgives all who love Him. I think
Saddam and Hitler will spend much time in the
gray area of Heaven-that level where people
like them end up. As more spiritual knowledge is gained, they move up the levels.
I think anyone who kills on purpose stays in
the first level for long long periods.

Wow. Lots of Christian arrogance flying around here.
How does anyone know that Saddam Hussien was NOT forgiven by, say, Allah? None of you do for sure. All here have only a single book that makes a lot of wild claims about life and an afterlife. For all any of you know, Odin has looked down on Hussien with favor and bought him into Asgard.

God is All-That-Is, including Saddam. His soul will be met with Love and Light, like all others.
