Oh! First dates can be nerve wracking can't they? Every situation is different so it's really hard to prepare for. I hope that you have spent some time with her already which is how you decided that you like her. Do you know anything special about her? Her likes/dislikes or her interests? I ask because sometimes it's hard to just go up to someone and say, "I like you." Maybe instead you can buy tickets to something you know she likes and invite her to go with you. This will not only show her that you are interested in her, but it will show her that you have been paying attention since you are inviting her to something she remembers telling you she liked. Men paying attention is an amazing character trait!

First thing to do is to ask her and do it in a nice way. You might ask her if she would like to go see a movie or go to a theater or museum or art gallery. You could find out something about her interests and ask her to go to some function that exhibits her interest. You might ask her what she is doing on a certain night and if she would like to go with you to see a movie. As far as telling her you like her just let her know it in a subtle way if possible and compliment her on the way she dresses and help her by opening the door for her and helping her with her chair when you can or by carrying her books or whatever little things you can do for her.

Just follow the next steps:
1. Dont call the girl, tell her "face to face" you want to go out with her to drink some beers. If she accepts she wants you
2. Go to a romantic place, dark, with a background music she likes.
3. Touch her when talking, watch her eyes and her mouth.

If you aren't friends with her already, start talking to her a little bit, like about something lots of people can relate to or take interest in like new movies coming out or something interesting in the news. If she seems to like you, then ask her out on a casual date, like to a resturaunt or maybe a concert. Just speak up because if you don't shoot you can never score.

you could strike up a conversation with her about lets say a movie. If she says she has not seen it but it seems like something she would like, then make your move offer to take her to see it because you don't have anything to do this Saturday and you would love to go see it with her.
