Lots of water.
Whole grain breads.
Fresh Fruits and veges (none of that canned crap).
LEAN meat (no fried, no fast food)
Try eating three small meals a day, and three very small snacks (a granola bar, a handful of grapes, etc) a few hours later. It may feel like you are eating more food, but with the smaller meals, you will lose weight.
Also, just try taking a walk around the block once a day or every other day. Take the stairs instead of the elevator, Use the doors at the store that you have to open yourself, not the automatic ones. Park further away from the building you are going to so you have to walk farther. Don't let the bag boy help you with your groceries.
Also, if you are really concerned, ask your doctor for help with something that can help you lose what you want but keep you healthy.

just cut back by a couple hundred calories a day.....and add a few minutes of exercise....cardio, and strength training is very important too....after you do it for a while you'll have more muscle mass (don't worry, you won't get bulky unless you do it for like hours a day) ....with more muscles, you'll automatically burn more calories every day, and weight loss/maintenance will be much easier......
you also shouldn't be concerned so much with low-fat foods....it's the type of fat that matters..there are foods that are high in fat, but very healthy, as long as you watch portions, such as nuts, olive oil, and fish....
otherwise, make sure you're getting enough fruits and vegetables and whole grains....cut back on sugars and other simple carbs, and saturated fats....try to eat little to no trans fats........

Continue eating healthy foods, but increase the amount of daily fiber intake. Seriously! I lost 10lbs in one week by just replacing my protein sources of meat to black and red beans, and eating apples instead of other fruits. And adding Beneful fiber to some soups and drinks. Fibersure has a similar powder that's tasteless too. Two tbsp adds 5 grams of fiber.
You still have to work out and watch your calorie intake, but by adding foods high in fiber does work. Don't skip any meals (try 6 small meals instead of 3 regular meals a day too).
Good luck

I'm afraid easy quick-fixes do not exist...
If you don't feel the need to change your lifestyle, chances are that even if you shred some pounds you will gain them back.
If you really want to loose weight try to find a motivation to change your lifestyle, otherwise whatever you do it won't give you long-term results.

there is really no way to change your weight w/o changing your life, and you are nott really changing who you are, i am southern and i love the fried foods they are good but i started gaining weight from it so now i dont eat fried foods , but maybe once a month i will have some fried chicken but after a few years i've got to where i dont miss it as much and i had rather have the grilled chicken its a gradual change and not as big of one as you think just eat healthier and exercise, i gues you could get lyphosuction but if you dont change your life style then you will just gain it back
