No. They create an arbitrary exception for God.
According to this "theory", complexity denotes design and design signifies a designer, so anything complex is designed by a designer.... except.... for something so immensely complex as an ultimately powerful cosmic super-being.
Hmmmmmmm.......
"If intelligent design proponents invoke an uncaused causer or deity to resolve this problem, they contradict a fundamental assumption of intelligent design that design requires a designer and reduce intelligent design to religious creationism."

Intelligent design needs not prove the design of the designer anymore than evolution needs prove the genesis of the first cell.
Evolution takes place AFTER the first cell came about.
The intelligent designer is an uncaused CAUSE. God, by definition is outside space and time, and had no designer.
I'm not a Christian, but I think that fairness ought rule, and an understanding of principles be souight prior to petty insults and ignorant attempts at humor are tossed out.
Lastly, for a bit of education, a single being does not evolve, even in evolution. Species evolve, over great periods of time. God couldn't evolve, and neither shall you. You may procreate, but you shall never evolve.

Intelligent Design does not posit on the nature or existence of the designer.
Oh...wait... Behe had to admit that the percieved intelligence is the Christian God when he was under oath in a court of law....

That is currently above man's mental ability to figure out. When humans evolve more spiritually and mentally, "The Designer" will give us the answers.

We think we are so intelligent but as you know ,we only use about 10% of our brains.God is SO far above and beyond us ,that ,as the Bible says,"Our most intelligent are as foolishness to the Lord".It's just something we will learn when we get there.Paul says ,"We look through a glass, darkly, but then(when we get there)we will see face to face".

No, intelligent design doesn't actually explain anything unless you consider "god did it" to be an explanation.
