At what pawn shops in Columbus, Ga could I find a cheap camcorder for the birth of my baby boy?

hi-Im not from around there--but before you buy a camcorder--check and make sure the hosptial you are delivering at allows camcorders during birth-
we were going to buy one on ebay, and Im glad we didnt because we arent allowed to video tape or take pics until baby is delivered and Im in my own room.
