First impression can be given only thro looks. But in long run we may have to match their personality, expectation both physical and mental. If look is the only thing that men prefer then no lady will be divorcee if she is beautiful.
Marriage breaks are happing only because of Personility does not match
Definitely Personility overtakes look
It depends on the age. Aroung puberty of a man even good personility lady does not attact him if she is not good looking

The looks & personality are quite co-related. If the person has a pleasent personality , she is definitely not going to be look ugly. It is the inner purity of the heart that showcases the outer glory.
Look is also important , but what the use with great look like Angelina Jolly & the personality of a beggar.
The word IMPOSSIBLE means I M POSSIBLE .....

OK...so I am not a guy, but I do like women and I find myself looking at the inside and and outside. I mean, a person in general should be pleasant to look at, shouldn't they? If they are hard on the eyes, it is sometimes hard to get past....but like they say, beauty is in the eye of the beholder....what I find attractive, someone else might not.

For me with the correct personality you are always beautiful.What I would look in a girl is the choices she makes and her outlook towards life, in the long term those are things that matter the most.

Looks rule the earth, but eventually personality wins. Its like the Rabbit and Tortise story, where beauty is the Rabbit and Personality is the tortise. Eventually the Rabbit goes to sleep at later years, and Tortise wins...cheers!!!!!!!
