He's likely marking his territory. Getting him fixed is likely to help. If you can, try keeping him shut out of bedrooms so he doesn't have access to pillows and clothes until you get him fixed.

This is frustrating, I can imagine. Definately get him nuetered. As a responsible cat owner you need to do that anyway, as you had planned.
He may also have a urinary tract infection, so taking him to the Vet. would be really important.
Peeing and spraying are two different things and smell very different.( Cat spray is a smell you never forget. :)
So you need to know weather he's spraying or peeing. When a cat sprays, they lift up their tail and the spray comes out the back in a "spray." So if you have ever caught him going ,that is the difference.

I had a female cat that would pee on thing's, my bed, a jacket and so on. I had to take my cat to my parent's house so that she could be outdoors...she seems to be more happier now and she doesn't pee on everything...

I would say fixing your cat would help, you might also want to remind your cat where the cat box is...I know that may sound dumb..also ask your vet why he is doing this? They may have some ideas and suggestions on it...Good Luck!

He is marking his territory. Male cats do this. Get him fixed and he should stop. After he is fixed, he will still try to spray but don't worry, he can't. Good luck to you.

my advise is to take him to the vet, he needs to get fixed that could be the reason he is spraying or he may have a urinary tract infection, or he may not know he is suppose to use a litterbox.
