Easy! Tell him to ask you out! I was in this situation and the girl i liked told me: So, when are you gonna ask me out?
But you can be more specific: I like movies, when are you gonna ask me out?
Or if this is not good, then you can ask him out:
Hey, you wanna catch a movie with me?
Be cool! Everybody is shy at 13.

ok so here is what I would want you to do if i was 13 and you were totally liking me, but we were both like shy ande like didn't know how to communicate so that you could be like I like you. ok? ok. So you should just go up to him and be like what are youing doing tonight, cause I rented a room at the best western, and they have a pool there, and that dead body they found floating in it was identified, and like OMG i'm rambling, but anyway would you like to go out?

theres no use for me to pretend lol im already 13. um it doesnt help if yur shy. if u want something u take a chance. simple as tht. im shy to but when i want something , i think to myself " come on u can do this ." so ask them out . wht u ganna lose if they like u bac ??

Go back to playing with my blocks in my play pen. Ask you out? Where would you go? The playground swing set? You're 13 (my hell) get out of diapers first THEN worry about guys.

Just start talking to him and ask his help for something; what subject do you think he's good at? After this, you can thank him by inviting him for a snack or lunch.
