Getting high on vicodin can cause severe liver problems. That 500 stands for Tylenol. Taking too much Tylenol and possibly mixing it with alcohol can cause serious liver problems. The maximum safe dosage would be 2 tablets every four hours. No more than twelve in a 24 hour period. Careful dude !

Maybe 2 or 3. One is pretty strong imagine what more would do. I suggest that you, and only you keep popping them until you get the high that you so long for. Just hope it doesnt kill you.
