I have very straight hair and for yrs found nothing that would work. Now I use Caruso hot steam rollers. You would probably use the largest size ones. It works great for me. You can get them at Sally Beauty Supply.

My Two Versions:
1 - Is Your Hair easy to curl and holds a curl easily? If so, go to a drugstore and get these curlers that are basically a piece of wire, covered by a chunk of foam, then by fabric. You curl your hair around the foam middle, and then the 2 wire parts cross over to hold the curler. They are like 2 or 3 bucks for a 12 pack. I need 2 packs cuz my hair is down to my waist and I have a tonne of it. If you don't want to buy anything, you can rip up an old T-shirt and wrap the hair around the T-shirt strip and then tie the strip up. Spritz on almost-dried hair a styling lotion, wrap your hair, and leave it for an hour or so (or all night, you should be able to sleep in them). Then blow dry the curlers for a few minutes before letting them cool down, then unroll them.
2 - Hard to curl hair - ok wash it, then blow dry it, like you were straightening it (probably using a paddle brush) (yes, even if it is straight). Section it off, and use a large barrel curling iron to make a curl. Then pin the curl with a bobby pin, so it cools in the curl shape. spray with a setting lotion, then undo.

Go to Walmart or a local store and buy a Conair curling iron. Find the right size, however big you want your curls, I got the medium size curling iron. Buy hair spray, suave, and when you are curling your hair make sure you curl your curls in and then out. And just keep on rotating the curls. Make sure you use little hair spray. Not too much. Or it will just get all sticky and a mess. Good Luck

There are diverse sprays which will make your hair wavy. try that, then in case you want extra of an enormous curl look, use your hair straightener. I easily have a chi that i exploit to get my hair like the VS fashions. area your hair off into about an inch or 2 aside. Then take your straightener and twirl it even as taking position the strand. ascertain you employ hairspray afterwards and spray it with the wavy hair spray.

dont dry your hair with a brush, just use your fingers and then once it's dry, use a large barrel curling iron and start from the underneath part of your hair. after you have curled all of it, flip your head upsideown and run some styling cream through it and shake out the curls. voila!

The best way to achieve that look is by doing a wet set with rollers. Just finger comb the hair, do not use any comb nor brush.

big hot rollers and some light styling product, tease it up very lightly (not 80's or 60's teasing) the idea is to get the "just rolled out of bed" look...

I'm sure my 4 year old son could help, he's good at making curls,
especially with pipe cleaners.
