From Start Run..type msconfig. Click on the Startup tab. Notice under Location the hive or path of the startup entries. Then go to Start Run.. again and type regedit and follow the hive to the entry you don't want to start up on boot. Right-click the name and select Delete. Then exit regedit. That's it.
