What program are you trying to open that requires that DLL? Go to start, search, and type in oledg.dll. If you get a hit right click on it and click properties. It will tell you what program it comes from. Then you can re-install the program. If not try your registry. Go to start, run, regedit. Now click edit, find, and type it in. I found one for Microsofts Search Assistant under HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Microsoft/Search Assistant/ACMru/5603. Warning! Don't mess with your registry unless you know what your doing! Good Luck.
