No, sunlight does not contain any vitamins at any time of day. You are probably confused by the fact that sunlight on the skin helps us to manufacture vitamin D.

No. Not really true. Morning sunlight can help your body cells to synthesize vitamin D and K.

it is true that sunlight is good for humans in general providing you do not spend too long in it without any kind of skin protection (sun creams etc).
we do live on light even though we do not gain energy direct from it we at the top of the food chain eat light basically when you think about.
light feeds the plants we eats some plants directly and other plants and grasses are eaten by the animals we eat (well those of us who are not vegitarians or vegans anyway).
and i thought it was vitamin d not b that we get from light

sunlight contains .. light!
Vitamin B comes from a number of natural sources, including potatoes, bananas, lentils, chili peppers, tempeh, liver, turkey, and tuna. Nutritional yeast (or brewer's yeast) is an especially good source of Vitamin B. .... marmite and vegemit too!

Not really. The effect of the sun makes our bodies produce some vitamins. I think B is one of them.
