i'm in a long distance relationship and my boyfriend and I usually end up meeting half way but it's getting to be expensive for us since we are in college and hotels are about 60 ish a night plus the cost of gas and food...are there any websites or coupons or certain deals where you can get a reduced cost??

I'm sorry to tell you this and I do understand the college thing. But 60 dollars a night is NOT expensive......I mean what is it you are wanting to pay? Unfortunately I really don't think you are going to get better than that, ever. I mean if they charged less there would be no point in being open because they wouldn't even make enough money to warrant even the light, heat/air, maintenance bill, etc.
Besides IF you could find something lower, wow I would be VERY scared to stay there! Heck at 60 dollars, I would be nervous on that to! Option? Maybe one of you can move to the others city if it is serious, otherwise I think you are stuck.....sorry.

Why not take advantage the fact you both are in college.
And stay at Youth Hostels. They do have rooms for some
and buck beds for US$12-49/per night depending on the
location.
