He was my first he cheated on me and i feel like he used me so i stopped talking to him . I know he is still the same way, but he wants me to come over i know it is probably just to have sex, but i can finally stand up for myself and say no should i go?

Do not go over to his house. Ever! He is just using you. Stop putting yourself at his beck and call. Show some resolve and just cut him out of your life. You deserve better than this jerk.

Well, if you can stand up for yourself, say no. You know he's just going to use you for sex, what's the point of going? You'll feel used afterwards. You'll be sad when he doesn't want anything more than sex. Just tell him no.

No don't go. Obviously he wants sex but doesn't love you. Use your energy elsewhere like meeting someone who will care about you and love you and not treat you that way.

yell at him over the phone. tell him he isn't worth your precious time to go over to his house, be hit on, and then leave. he dosen't deserve you. tell him so!
