its 10 years old. haha
but it all depends on the milage and the wear and tear of the truck. but ya its a good truck overall.

if its been well taken care of,yes. if an moron was loose under the hood it depends what they were messing with. but in my experience ( 95 dakota 4x4 ) it has been a very reliable truck,though do pay attention if you get the engine real wet if your offroad,water can seep into the distributor and youll have to wait till it dries out,or waterproof it to start with. my father had a 93 dakota 4x4,and had no major issues with it. also a friend bought a 96 4x4 with the 318,that was just subjected to a new paint job,so it looked really sharp

good trucks indeed as long as its taken care of good. My bro has a 95 8 cylinder 4x4 dakota and he's never had any major problems. He is a dodge mechanic also so I'm sure that helps ;-P

I have had my 1997 dakota for 7 years. It has 386,000 miles on it. no real issues. Has been reliable and good to me. All the reviews I have seen say the same. Of course a lot depends on how well you take care of it.

That is usally a matter of what make of cars you are loyal to but pay atention to the milage, I tink any thing dodge is good but bewar of transmissions

Yes sirree.........Dodge, like Ford, is kickin'......I have a 92 and a 75 Dodge....they're both mechanically sound and the paint is still good. : )
