First of all, India the country is: インド (Indo) pronounced "een-doh"
You're name, though, would be: インディア (pronounced een-dee-ah) The Japanese may sound like they are saying "een-jee-ah", because the "dee" sound can be written, but it is actually not a part of their language.
To say "My name is India" you say:
私はインディアです。 Watashi wa India desu. (I am India)
or
私の名前はインディアです。 Watashi no namae wa India desu. (My name is India)
