Are you the one who got hurt or do you want to say sorry? If you got hurt, make it look that way to whoever hurt you. If you want to say sorry, tell the person you hurt that you are really sorry and say I will never hurt you again.

Life is a roller coaster. You'll experience joy, fear, laughter and tears, and there are also ups and downs during the journey. But it doesn't mean when it has ended you never get back in que to get back in the ride.
Saying sorry really depends on how the relationship was really going on, how it was approaching and where. Maybe a romantic dinner will do, or a simple card. The best is to meet each other face to face and look into their eyes, and just say, 'I'm sorry.'
Maybe it's a bit vague, but eyes never lies. Tell them how you fell is the best way, and let it be really serious, sincere and meaningful.
If it is time to let go, just let it go. If it comes back to you, it's yours to keep. If it doesn't, it was never yours to begin with. Life goes on, and you'll find someone better, one fine day.

All I can say is straight up apologize ... and LEARN from your mistake. don't do it again because "sorry" only works a limited number of times before it becomes viewed as an unchanging pattern.

Apologize, because you're not sorry, you just made a mistake. People do and say alot of things when they are mad, they ususally don't mean it. Give it a little time.

Just say you're very sorry and you regret all the things you did. Explain why you did it.
