I got my exercise in while I ran around the park with the kids. Pushing a swing is great for the arms and all that climbing up slides is better than a stairmaster. Also we played kick the ball alot and chase and tickle. I also had another mom who lived 6 blocks away and neither of us had a car so we walked to each others house and would watch the kids while the other ran around the block a few times also you can put on 50 rock (little kids love it and dance around for 1/2 an hour great cardio

When the weather is nice I put my 2 year old in the stroller and go for a walk. When the weather is bad I wait until she takes her nap and then I get on the treadmill or work out to a video.

mostly running around with my toddler. When the weather is warm i take her to the park with this HUGE ball i bought and we chase it all around the grass field. Then its a bonus that she gets totally worn out and after getting in a nice workout i get to have her down for nice lonnnng nap hahaha. Also most gyms have a daycare in them that isn't to expensive. I know at my gym its only $2.00 an hour with your membership. One other thing for colder months. I bought a dancersize type dvd and my 3 year old LOVES LOVES LOVES it when i put it on..i get my exersize as she giggles her head off trying to follow the moves of the tv dancersizers.

I get up early. I get up at 5am because then I'm up before the kids and have time for myself. We invested in a treadmill. I also do yoga with my kids. It is great for them. It is good for their bodies and it keeps them somewhat centered and calm before we begin their school day (we homeschool). Other than that I'm on the move a lot most days.

I haven't.

I'm mid-50's, with kids from early 30s down to 8 y/o, and still haven't had the time yet.
