sounds like Ketamine or Special K, which is a veterinary drug used primarily with horses, it gives people wicked hallucinations sorta like PCP, I think

It gets you really high, and is legal all over the world, including the U.S.

It is used as an anesthesia, mostly in animals, but occasionally in humans. It's effects are similar to that of PCP. Hallucinations, a sensation that you're having an "out of body" experience.

ketamine is currently used today as a veterinary and human anesthetic. it's good for rendering someone unconscious and insensible to pain, but it has the unfortunate side effect of hallucinations. it's chemical structure is actually very similar to LSD. these effects are all dose related, so in sub-anesthetic doses, it may be used recreationally, albeit illegally.
