Here's some ideas....

1. Bubble Baths with lots and lots of bubbles.
2. Punching a pillow or punching bag.
3. Exercise (running, jumping rope, sports)

I like to listen to music when i am stressed. But taking a nice relaxing bath helps also.

I jump on the tread mill when I'm stressed. U might try yoga, it helps alot. I also jump on my ATV and ride like a crazy person. Good luck!

call some your friends who is optimistic
be outside(sport,with friends etc)
