For my size, I know I'm supposed to consume about 1500 calories everyday. My breakfast, I'm estimating was somewhere between 300 to 400 calories. Six, seven hours later, I had lunch at Cici's. First I ate a small salad (a carrot, some mushrooms, onions, and a jalapeno pepper on top) with low-calorie Italian dressing, and I'm guessing five or six slices of pizza, three of them vegetarian pizza and the other three spinach. I did not eat the crusts of the pizzas, though, and did not finish all of my salad. I also had three cucumbers and two radishes. How many calories, total, do you think my lunch was?
