First, "unthawed" is an incorrect word. "Thaw" is the proper word for unfreezing. "Unthaw" would be the opposite of thaw, i.e. freezing.
Do not again freeze meat. There is too much harmful bacteria present.

OK. You unthawed them which really means that you froze them as to thaw them is to defrost them so to unthaw is to freeze them. They were heated and precooked which is cool. Well, not specificlly cool, as they were heated, so I will assume they were hot. Now, can you re-freeze them? You really mean freeze them. As re-freezing is what happens to them while they are continually in the freezer.
What I really need to tell you is that you are asking a lot of just a plate full of meatballs. I say they have already done enough. They have fed you twice and have distracted me for at least 2 minutes,

Yes. Re-freezing things will usually kill bacteria, so it should be pretty fine. (That's why it's only very rare that things go bad in the freezer.)
Unless you're talking taste. Just because foods don't get germy when frozen doesn't mean their tastes don't change. Constant freezing, heating, freezing, etc. break down the chemical bonds that hold the cellular structure of the foods together with unpredictable taste results.

No.
If you'd like to activate the germs from the dirty hands of the food factory workers, go for it.

Yes, but each time you unthaw there will be tiny (I mean it.. TINY!) holes that bacteria can get into.

As long as they were completely thawed and then really cooked....then you can refreeze them.
