I scored a 91 on the Border Patrol Entrance Exam, what are the odds of me being offered a job?

That's a good score. However, it won't determine whether or not you will receive a job offer. After the test you still have to pass the Oral Hiring Board (yes, it is a proper name for anyone that questions the capitalization). Two OHB certified agents conducts the boards; one of those is a supervisor typically.

After that there is the medical screening and background investigation. Provided you pass all phases, the Office of Personnel Management then reviews your file and a determination is made whether or not to give you a job offer.

Your score is good and is an excellent start. Good luck. Feel free to email me if you have any other questions about the process.
