I make gravy .I put 2 cups water on the stove and 3 boullion cubes let boil and then I take a cuo and put some flower in it and water and make it kinda medium thick and put in the boiling water and whisk it up on medium,I pour it over beef and noodles or beef standbys or mash potatoes.

Soups. I also use it as a flavoring in chili, and as a base in some braising. I prefer stock over boullion because a lot of boullion is heavy on the salt.

At the restaurant I work at, we use it to flavor green beans. Ive also made a homemade french dip sub with just steak and cheese and the boullion on the side.

Rice with Onions! Use the beef buollion as part of the water to cook the rice and follow a basic recipe. :) Top with lots of Parmesan!

Beef Bouillon:

1¾ hours 40 min prep
2 trays

3 cups celery, minced
3 cups carrots, minced
2 onions, minced
2 tablespoons salt
1/2 lb ground beef



1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan without any liquid.
2. Cook over very low heat, covered, for 1 hour.
3. Place contents into a blender or food processor and process until smooth.
4. Pour into ice cube trays and freeze.
5. Use a cube of bouillon to enhance the flavor of gravy or soup.

Add it to the cooking water for spaghetti that will be served with meat sauce. It adds extra meaty flavor to the whole dish.
