This is what i remember

Goto Tools>> Options
Under Maintenance Tab, Click on button "Store Folder"

Copy the path,
Select "Run" from "Start", paste the path and press OK

You will get the folder with different folder names, viz. Inbox, Outbox, Trash, etc.
"Select All" these files, Copy and paste into your backup file.

Also open address book and from file menu export your contacts to your backup.

After everything is done, as before, open outlook, go to tools> options> maintenance> store folder and Run it to find the store folder.
Paste the backuped data in the store folder.
If it doesnt work, change the store folder path in the outlook to the current location.

From File menu, import your address book.
Hope this works

Do a search on the C drive for "outlook.pst"
That is the file where outlook stores all your emails, addresses, calendar, etc..
