usually people mean homeless people when they say that I think
I'm close aquaintances with most of them in my neighborhood I think.
I'm not afraid of poor people or rich people either. Mostly they won't hurt you unless they have a good reason to.

Yup. and some of them are in your family. they will beat up somebody who hurt you or do your dirty work for a few dollars and a case of beer.
